Frequently Asked Questions and COVID Information
Will camp be held indoors or outdoors?
Basketball camps are a mix of both indoors and outdoors, rotating between the two
throughout the day. All-Sports camps are primarily outdoors with some indoor use
throughout the day. S.T.E.A.M. camp is primarily indoors with some outdoor activities.
All camps eat lunch and snack outdoors. Please be sure to apply and pack sunscreen with your camper.

to the event. Within 14 days of the event, you will only have the option

Can I sign up for a partial week of camp?
For Summer Camps, we begin to accept partial registrations about a week
before the start of the program. For other camps/programs we do accept
partial registrations. We handle these sign ups over the phone at
415-334-3333.
Please note, we do not allow the use of a promotional
code/discount with a partial registration.
Can I use a voucher and a promotional code?
No. Since vouchers are generally purchased at a discounted rate, we are not able to combine those with promotions as a form of payment.
Can I put in a friend request?
Teams are made at the start of camp on the first day, based on age/grade.
Friend requests can be mentioned upon arrival at check-in on the first day.
Once teams have been made, the coaches will ask the campers if they have
been placed with their requested friend(s). If a camper is not initially
placed with their requested friend(s), they can let the coaches know and
we will do our best to make the change.
If all requested friends are around the same age, they have a greater
chance of being placed together. Again, be sure to mention this during
check-in and our coaches will do their best to accommodate your request
but it is not guaranteed.
What is the age range for your camps?
We offer camp for children who are 5 years old and entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2022 up to those entering 8th grade. It is required that each child be a minimum of 5 years old by the first day of their program.
How are the age groups divided?
We maintain age-appropriate groups at each of our camps. Campers are grouped based on grade, friend requests, and experience level. We maintain a developmentally appropriate curriculum so that our campers are able to learn at an appropriate level with their peers. Hence, a first grader will not be in the same group as a seventh grader.
What size ball and/or hoop will my child be using?
K-1st Grade: 6 - 6 ½ foot hoop, 26.5 ball
2nd/3rd Grade: 8 - 8 ½ foot hoop, 26.5 ball
4th/5th Grade: 10 foot hoop, 28.5 ball
6th-8th Grade: 10 foot hoop, 28.5 or 29.5 ball
What sports are covered at an All-Sports Camp?
The sports and games vary from week-to-week, but your camper
will have an opportunity to learn a little about a variety of the
following:
* basketball
* soccer
* football
* baseball/softball
* ultimate frisbee
* capture the flag
obstacle course and relay races among many other age-appropriate fun camp games and activities.
What should my child wear and/or bring to camp?
All campers should wear clothing they are comfortable being active in
both indoors and outdoors. Athletic footwear (no sport specific footwear
necessary), shorts and a t-shirt are the most common attire. With an
increase in outdoor time, it is especially important to pack water and
apply/pack sunscreen for your camper. Don’t forget your mask!
Snack/Lunch Note*:
Please pack a snack for half day campers as we will
have a break time to eat it. Full day campers will have 2 snack breaks.
Please pack a lunch for full day campers as we are unable to provide
the option to buy lunch at this time
*We do not provide lunch or snacks
